Terms of service
1. Service provider
Services are provided by SkyMassage Sp. z o.o., al. Jana Pawła II 61, 00-828 Warsaw. Contact: +48 725 575 524, skymassagepl@icloud.com.
2. Nature of services
We provide classic, relaxation, sports, back and neck massage as wellness services. They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy or diagnosis. We do not provide sexual services.
3. Booking and payment
Appointments are arranged by phone. The service type, duration and price are confirmed in advance. Payment is made by card or cash at the studio unless agreed otherwise.
4. Late arrivals and cancellation
A late arrival may shorten the treatment if the next booking cannot be moved. Please cancel by phone as early as possible.
5. Safety
Tell us about injuries, conditions, pregnancy, medication and changes in wellbeing. Fever, infection, recent injury, acute inflammation and contagious illness may require rescheduling. Ask your doctor if unsure.
6. Conduct
We respect every person’s privacy, boundaries and dignity. The client may request a change or stop at any time. We may refuse or stop a session in cases of aggression, sexual behaviour, intoxication or risk to health and safety.
